Why should I shop from MashiMashi.com?
MashiMashi.com only sells authentic Mashimaro and Pucca merchandise from Korea. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and reliable product delievery. The MashiMashi.com Team is dedicated to servicing you from the time you enter our website to the delivery of your product.
All products are refundable and returnable 7 days after product is delivered. Return mailing labels is the responsibility of the consumer and not of the seller. MashiMashi.com will not refund shipping and handling fees.
To return or exchange products, please send an email to sales@mashimashi.com to request a return or exchange. Once you receive an email from MashiMashi.com approving the return/exchange, you will ship the product back using USPS with delievery confirmation. Once MashiMashi.com has received your return product, we will issue a refund via PayPal or the method of original payment.
What is your method of shipping?
We ship ALL of our products USPS Priority. This guarantees that your product will arrive at your door within 2-3 business days from shipping date.
When you place your order online, it will take 2 days to process. Once your product is processed, it will take 2-3 business days to be delievered to your doorstep.
How can I view my order status?
To view your order status online, login to MashiMashi.com, then click on "View Past Order History".
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary on the total amount of your order. The first item is a flat fee of $5.00 and each additional item there is a $1.00 added on for shipping.
MashiMashi.com guarantees that all of the products sold on our site is 100% authentic. All of our products are have tags and the authentic Mashimaro/Pucca halographic sticker that indicates its authenticity.
MashiMashi.com is an online retail store. We do not supply wholesale merchandise to our consumers.
Do you fullfill international orders?
We are located in San Diego, California. Currently are system is not equipped to fullfill international orders. We are working on this for future upgrades of our website.
What currency are the products?
All the products on MashiMashi.com are based on United States Dollars (USD).
